Alternatives Elect is the global executive search arm of Alternatives, which helps clients find the best leadership talent in and outside Ireland. We are now looking for a Client Partner to join our dynamic team and business in 2017.

If you are interested in people and would like to work in a role which really matters- helping people develop their careers at the most senior level and helping Ireland Inc. build the strongest of management teams- then this role could be for you. It’s people oriented, yet it’s rooted in commercial reality.  You will engage with senior and C suite executives, on their future leadership resourcing and planning needs. You’ll enjoy the challenge of thinking laterally, of identifying the best talent from a global stage and ensuring the perfect skills and culture fit, for a win-win outcome for all parties. You will work on structured executive search and national and international market mapping assignments.

You may have come from an executive search or senior recruitment background, or a HR background. You may have come from a marketing, digital or customer environment. You’ll be connected into your community and, above all, you will love working with people in business. You’ll be genuinely motivated about helping companies find great leadership talent or helping people shape their careers.
