Our client, a global agribusiness, briefed Alternatives Elect to recruit a Strategic Marketing Director for a significant regional role in an ambitious and growing business division.

 

The successful hire would require a deep understanding of consumer insights, leading to product innovations and new product capabilities.

 

We worked in close partnership with our research partners to conduct a truly global search, focusing in particular on Europe and North America. This was augmented by equally thorough research conducted by the local team based here in Ireland.

The final shortlist consisted of candidates from North America, Switzerland, Denmark, France and Ireland. For overseas candidates flown into Ireland for interview, we provided an exceptional level of support, overseeing all their accommodation needs, meet & greet at Dublin Airport, transfers to the interview, etc.

 

This ensured a really enjoyable, professional and welcoming visit to our client, and to Ireland.
